Process Step-by-Step

  • Supporting documents or evidence (e.g., Video, measurements)

• Pay the Application Review Fee

Step 3

Receive Confirmation & Guidelines

• Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive a Record Registration Confirmation email with the following:

  • Record-specific guidelines, rules, and criteria for successful submission.

  • Instructions on how to document your attempt properly (photos, videos, measurements, witnesses, etc.).

Step 4

Plan & Prepare for Your Record Attempt

• Work on your preparation based on the rules and guidelines provided.

• If required, consult with our Record Experts for assistance or clarification during the preparation phase.

• Ensure you arrange for official witnesses, timekeepers, or specialists as specified in your guidelines.

Step 5

Attempt Your Record

• Perform your record attempt as per the guidelines.

• Ensure proper documentation of the event through:

  • High-quality video and photo evidence.

  • Signed affidavits from witnesses or specialists.

  • Any additional measurement data or reports required.

Step 6

Submit Your Evidence

• Upload all your evidence via Record Submission Portal on our website.

• Double-check that your documentation meets the guidelines provided in Step 3.

• Submit your completed record attempt with supporting files.

Step 7

Verification by Our Experts

• Our team of experts will review your submission thoroughly, cross-check evidence, and validate all aspects of your record.

• The verification process may take a few weeks, depending on the complexity of your submission.

Step 8

Record Approval and Announcement

• Once your record is verified, you’ll receive an Official Record Certificate & Medal recognizing your achievement.
